This study aims to analyze the implementation of conflict resolution as a strategy in strengthening character education in elementary schools. This literature review examines various articles and research relevant to the impact of conflict resolution on students' character development, particularly in the aspects of empathy, responsibility, and cooperation. The results of the study show that empathy-based conflict resolution strategies are effective in improving students' social skills and creating a more harmonious learning environment. The role of teachers as mediators and facilitators is crucial in implementing this strategy. Additionally, the restorative approach, which focuses on repairing relationships post-conflict, also contributes to students' character formation. However, challenges such as the lack of teacher training and limited facilities in schools need to be addressed to enhance the effectiveness of this strategy. This study suggests the importance of continuous training for teachers and improving educational facilities to
